DAC Planning provided neighbourhood planning support on the production and progression of the Ingatestone and Fryerning Neighbourhood Plan from 2019-2022.

Scope

Review of Draft Policies

We completed a critical friend review of the draft policies and supporting text.

Production of Draft Chapters

We produced draft chapters for the Regulation 14 draft Neighbourhood Plan.

Preparing Statements

We prepared the Consultation Statement and Basic Conditions Statement for the Neighbourhood Plan.

Outcomes

The Regulation 16 Plan was published for an eight week consultation period between December 2021 and February 2022. Residents voted 86% in favour of the Neighbourhood Plan at referendum and the Plan was made in August 2022.
