Nicki manages a diversity of projects, from Local Plans to the implementation of Community Infrastructure Levy spending and governance processes. A detail-oriented project manager, Nicki thrives on communication and collaboration, driving high quality outcomes in the built environment.

She is an experienced manager and team leader, having successfully led a Local Plan Examination process through to adoption in early 2023. Vicki has vast knowledge and expertise in Economic Development, having led on economic evidence for strategic planning and various partnership initiatives.

Greg has project managed the delivery of strategic sites nationwide, whilst also working collaboratively with Councils to secure local plan allocations for residential and commercial development.

Graduated from The University of Manchester in 2024 she now supports the team in delivering diverse planning projects through GIS mapping, carrying out evidence-based research, and assisting in producing reports and presentations.

Mia joined the team in 2026, with a strong academic background in spatial planning, sustainable development and place-making, and currently close to completing the Urban and Regional Planning Master’s degree course at the University of Westminster. Mia has supported the delivery of evidence base, local plan and neighbourhood plan projects through research, analysis, evidence review and project coordination.
