DAC Planning Promotions in 2026

DAC Planning is delighted to announce a series of promotions as we continue to grow our team and enhance our capacity to support councils and local communities across the country. Nicki Faulkner, Vicki Willis and Greg Pearce have all been promoted from Associate to Associate Director.

Nicki joined DAC Planning in 2021, having developed a broad range of skills and knowledge in local government. She manages a diverse range of projects, from Local Plans and Infrastructure Delivery Plans through to the implementation of Community Infrastructure Levy spending and governance processes.
Vicki joined DAC Planning in 2023, having successfully led a team to secure the adoption of a Local Plan in Essex. Since joining the team Vicki has provided local plan making support to a wide range of local authorities and has managed the production of one of the first Green Belt Assessments nationally to reflect the new national planning policy requirements including the identification of grey belt. Vicki brings a wealth of experience relating to project management, infrastructure planning and economic development.
Greg joined DAC Planning in 2025 with wide ranging experience gained from working for a development corporation and a national planning consultancy. Greg provides support to local authorities in relation to strategic planning and managing the delivery of major growth allocations. He is supporting the diversification of our service offer and ensuring that the business can support local planning authorities in responding to the requirements of the new plan-making system.
