Local Validation Requirements

We researched local validation requirements for planning applications on behalf of The Housing Forum. There are many challenges facing local planning authorities including resourcing and the growing ‘ask’ being placed on them and the wider housing sector. In recognition of this, The Housing Forum has established a Working Group on Planning which is taking forward discussions around the role of planning in building homes, especially on large scale applications.
