Nuneaton and Bedworth CIL
In 2019, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council commissioned DAC Planning to support the Council in producing the CIL Charging Schedule and associated evidence.
Scope
CIL Charging Schedule
To inform the CIL Draft Charging Schedule, we produced a Preliminary Report.
The Report covers the following areas:

Scoping the approach to the CIL charging schedule

Examining possible infrastructure projects for CIL

Identifying the infrastructure funding gap
Additional Support
​We produced the CIL Viability Assessment project brief and delivered workshops with officers and town councils on the CIL Charging Schedule.
Outcomes
In May 2021, the Council resolved not to submit a CIL Charging Schedule for independent examination. Findings indicated that the introduction of a CIL Charging Schedule in Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough would be unviable.
