DAC Planning was appointed in 2022 to support Witham Town Council in the production and submission of the Witham Neighbourhood Plan.

Scope

Delivery of Workshops

We will deliver workshops with the neighbourhood plan group to help develop a vision, objectives and policies for the draft Neighbourhood Plan.

Community Engagement

We produced a community survey and publicity material for a round of pre-Regulation 14 Consultation engagement. We then collated and analysed the survey responses.

Preparing the Plan and Statements

We will help draft the Plan and prepare the Consultation Statement and Basic Conditions Statement for submission.

Outcomes

Following the production of the Regulation 14 Neighbourhood Plan, DAC Planning will provide support through the next stages of the process, including Regulation 14 Consultation and submission.
